Ontario Provincial Police are asking for local help identifying a woman allegedly involved with a case of shoplifting in Caledonia earlier this month.
Officers say someone had shoplifted from a business on Argyle Street South at around 1:17 p.m. on June 8.
Investigators are looking for a five-foot-two Indigenous woman that they describe as having a heavy build, and black hair.
She was reported to have been last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes and carrying a large black purse.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Haldimand County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
Tips can also be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
