St. Catharines residents organize support after summer flooding

In the wake of devastating floods in the Niagara region this summer, a group of residents in a hard-hit area in St. Catharines are coming together. As the region is still waiting for help from the province, and the cities are doing what they can to help, the “Northend Neighbours” group says its goal is to fill in the gaps.
