McMaster University has named its first-ever entrepreneur-in-residence, and he knows firsthand what it takes to start a business.

Tej Sandhu launched his first company at 16 and is now the co-founder of Merit Brewing in Hamilton.

He shared his experience and offered advice to students looking to turn their ideas into businesses.
