Bulldogs lose to Generals

In the Ontario Hockey League, the Hamilton Bulldogs were in Oshawa to play the defending Memorial Cup champion Generals.

The Generals get things started with a goal by Sullivan Sparkes. He beats Connor Hicks for his first goal in the OHL. And the goal by Sparkes, sparked the Gennies to 3 first period goals, Michael Dal Dolle and Kenny Huether with the other goals.

But in the 2nd period, the Bulldogs battle back with two goals by Stephen Harper, both assisted by Trent Fox and Mason Marchment.

Harper completed his hat trick in the third. He has 11 goals so far this season and is 12th in league scoring, but it was in a losing cause.

The Bulldogs lose 6-3 and will be in Owen Sound Saturday.
