A centre for recovery in St. Catharines

Twelve Mile Recovery is a private residential addiction treatment centre located in St. Catharines, operating out of two restored heritage homes.

Their programs include residential care, with stays ranging from six-12 weeks, evidence-based therapies and practices such as breathwork, yoga, meditation, and martial arts.
