OUA football returns to CHCH

Fourteen years to the day from our last university football broadcast, OUA football returns to CHCH.

Our multi-year agreement with the OUA kicks off in Guelph with a Yates Cup semi-final game Saturday afternoon at 1pm between the Carleton Ravens and the Guelph Gryphons.

The Gryphons finished 2nd during the regular season with a 7-1 record, the Ravens were the 5th seed at 5-3.

Two weeks ago, in the regular season finale, the Gryphons beat the Ravens handily 44-12.

Gryphons head coach Stu Lang is hoping to take his team to the Yates Cup final for the second straight year and for the third time in the last 4.
