Subsidy program to keep struggling businesses afloat could cost $71 billion

Canada has seen an unprecedented surge in requests for financial support. In the last two weeks, 1.3 million employment insurance claims were filed. Adam Atkinson reports, that’s more than half of E-I claims filed all of last year.
