Justin Trudeau announces plans to pay up to 75% of salaries for businesses hard hit by the pandemic

The prime minister wouldn’t put a total price tag on it, or say how long it would last, but he did say the previously announced wage subsidy for small and medium-sized businesses will now include every business in Canada that qualifies. Adam Atkinson has the details.
