OPP search for 3 suspects after man seriously injured in Simcoe

Ontario Provincial Police search for three suspects after one person was left with life-threatening injuries in Simcoe.

The assault happened around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday at an address on Queen St. North., with officers arriving at the home to find one person suffering from serious injuries.

Norfolk County OPP say there are three outstanding suspects who fled the scene before officers arrived, and the suspects used an “edged weapon” in their assault.

The suspects and the victim may be known to each other, and there is no threat to public safety at this time.
