Plummeting temperatures and bitterly cold wind chills made being outside Wednesday absolutely painful.

Health authorities in several Golden Horseshoe communities have issued cold weather alerts. And as Lauran Sabourin tells us — this frigid blast will stay with us at least until tomorrow.
