Toronto hit and run

A man has turned himself into police after a hit and run in North York Monday night.

The accident left a woman, said to be in her 40’s, in a Toronto Trauma Centre with serious head injuries.

Police say she was hit at Grand Ravine Drive and Keele Street.

There is a set of lights at the stop, but police believe the woman wasn’t crossing at the lights.

Several people captured the accident on their cell phones.
