Preparing to lay Sgt Russell to rest

Thousands of police and emergency workers across Canada and the U.S. are preparing to pay their last respects to fallen police officer Ryan Russell.

Sergeant Russell was killed last week when he was hit by a stolen snowplow. Tuesday his procession, with full police honours, will make its way through downtown Toronto. Christine Taleski has more.
