Charges laid in copper theft

Three men have been charged, after copper wire was stolen from a fenced compound near Colborne, east of Cobourg.

A security guard at the compound called police Wednesday afternoon.

Three 19 year old men, from Oshawa, Port Hope and Bowmanville, are charged with break, enter and theft and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
