Baby in child seat falls out of moving car

(updated) A two-year-old girl fell out of a moving SUV Tuesday night while strapped in her child seat.

Toronto police say she managed to open the door as the vehicle was getting on the Don Valley Parkway. They say the child seat flew out because it wasn’t
installed properly.

The girl’s been treated for minor injuries. A 32-year old man is facing a $240 fine for not securing the toddler.
