Hamilton police attend brief standoff downtown

Hamilton police engaged in a brief standoff with a man around 10:53 a.m. at Main and Fairholt streets on Wednesday.

No injuries were reported, and no road closures were necessary.

Police say the man involved turned himself over without issue, and charges will be laid.
