Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive lineman Brian Bulcke was one of nine players inducted into the Ontario Varsity Football League Hall of Fame Saturday afternoon.

The 26-year-old Windsor native spent four years with the Essex Ravens before turning pro. Five former members of the Essex Ravens were inducted. Including the Ticats Pawel Karuba and Michael Atkinson.
