Niagara police seized $11 million worth of marijuana from a greenhouse in Wainfleet Wednesday.

Police raided the complex at 43634 Highway 3 at 9 am Wednesday morning, seizing 11,323 plants. Three men fled the greenhouse when police entered, but were later found with the help of a K-9 Unit.

The three men all hail from the GTA. 46-year-old Xian Zhi Wang of Toronto, Neng Tao Jin, 61, of Scarborough and 30-year-old Rui Han Lin of Markham were arrested and charged with production of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

A grow-op was uncovered at the same greenhouse back in 2005. At that time police seized a marijuana crop worth more than $6 million.
