Twitter is making some changes

Good news for Twitter users!

According to Bloomberg, Twitter will reportedly stop counting photos and links in its 140 character tweet limit.

Currently, links take up 23 characters and photos and video take up to 24, so the change could help users include significantly more contest in tweets.

Back in August, Twitter removed the length restrictions on direct messages and in January there were talks about expanding the character count.

The change could happen in the upcoming weeks.
