Provinces suggest removing U.S. alchohol from shelves in retaliation to tariffs

Canadian leaders are thinking of ways to punish the American economy as Canada faces steep tariffs on just about everything in a month, but booze has become a key tool in the fight.
Several provinces, including Ontario, have decided to remove American alcohol from liquor store shelves.
Ontario PC leader Doug Ford announced that starting tomorrow, American products will be pulled from LCBO shelves, preventing local restaurants and retailers from restocking U.S. goods.
Along with Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador are also shifting to Canadian-made alcohol.
