Housing report has Toronto mayor irate

Toronto’s mayor wants heads to roll after an auditor found officials at Toronto’s public housing agency spent thousands of dollars on things like manicures, chocolates and a Christmas party – for themselves.

The report found about 200-thousand dollars was wasted while the agency’s units went without repairs.

Mayor Rob Ford says Toronto community housing should be dismantled and the seven members of the board should resign.
