Guelph police look into case of woman mistakenly declared dead

A woman sat straight up at a suspicious death crime scene, surprising officers. Guelph’s police chief has launched an internal probe, to find out why there was a murder investigation, for a woman who wasn’t even dead. Adam Atkinson explains.
