A now-closed Hamilton nightclub that’s been the site of multiple shootings has been put up for sale for nearly $3 million.
Club 33 is described in the listing as a “historic gem in downtown Hamilton’s vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene.”
The property was originally built in the 1800s and was converted to a hotel in the early 1900s. It operated under the name “Slainte” for many years.
Since opening as Club 33 in 2023, the location has been bogged down by legal issues.
The club made headlines for operating without a business licence, violating liquor licence regulations and it has also been the site of multiple shootings.
Club 33 was shut down in September of 2024.
