Elementary schools get report card

The Fraser Institute has put out its annual report card for Ontario elementary schools.

Our Lady of the Assumption in Stoney Creek earned a perfect score.

Nearby, St. Martin of Tours and St. James in St. Catharines followed closely behind with 9.7 grades.

Over 3,000 elementary schools across the Ontario were rated.

The scores are based on the results of the annual province-wide reading, writing and math tests.
