Hamilton-Centre NDP MPP Dr. Robin Lennox spoke with CHCH News after being ejected from the Legislature at Queen’s Park Thursday, after calling Ontario’s Minister of Health Silvia Jones a liar.

Lennox said Sabrina Apitz-Grossman applied to have her out-of-country cancer treatment approved, but the ministry denied it despite its own health agency saying it should be covered because Canadian options were not good.

CHCH News anchor Matt Ingram asked her why she called Jones a liar, and why she felt she couldn’t take back the accusation.
