Customs shortage leads to backlog at Pearson Airport

The trip through customs usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes – but that wasn’t the case Wednesday night.

When hundreds of March Break travelers arrived home from their holiday, they were forced to wait up to ‘four hours’ to get through customs at Pearson Airport.
There was no major security threat, or anything like that — so what caused the back-up?
