39-year-old woman facing weapons charges in connection with Brantford robbery
The Brantford Police Service have arrested and charged a woman in connection with a robbery that occurred on Saturday.
Officers say that around 7 p.m. Saturday a verbal dispute occurred between the accused and a female victim at a home on Mary St.
It is alleged that the victim was then threatened at gunpoint and forced to go to a convenience store located on Colborne St. to get money for the accused.

The accused obtained the money and left the scene.
There were no injuries reported by the victim.
Investigators were able to find and arrest the suspect near Dalhousie St. and Queen St. on Saturday around 1:30 p.m.
Brantford police say a 39-year-old woman of Brantford now faces 12 charges in connection with the case, including robbery with a firearm and breach of probation.
The accused was held in custody for bail.
