2 killed in highway 400 crash

Early morning crash closes section of highway north of Barrie.
Around 6am, a southbound tractor-trailer hit two people walking near a disabled truck that apparently was about to be towed.
The OPP has closed the 400 in the area.
Northbound lanes are closed at Mt St. Louis, southbound is shut down at Moonstone.
For those heading to cottage country, this is likely to affect traffic on the 400 throughout the morning.
