Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton reopens after watermain break

Lime Ridge Mall on Hamilton Mountain has reopened after being closed most of Friday due to a watermain break.

The Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) management team told CHCH news the mall reopened around 2:30 p.m.

Mall and retail employees were notified of the closure via a letter from Primaris REIT. The shopping centre did not open Friday morning.

Primaris REIT  — who purchased the mall in June — said online, “We’re working closely with the city crews to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.”
