London toddler left in hot car

Police in London, Ontario may lay charges after a toddler was left alone in a hot vehicle.

The two-year-old was left in a store parking lot for at least 30 minutes on Saturday. Both windows were half-open but the child was sweating.

The toddler and a dog were ok thankfully after being freed when officers arrived.
