St Kitts man takes punches for racism victim

A young St Catharines man is being called a hero tonight for coming to the defence of a young woman who was being verbally attacked by a man hurling racial slurs.

As Lauran Sabourin reports, Matt Deschamps intervened when he heard the racist rant – and that’s when the attacker turned his rage on him.
