LCBO expanding store hours

First Published:

The LCBO will be gradually expanding its operating hours for a number of its stores beginning Thursday, May 14. This action comes after the hours were reduced in March in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Starting May 14, 360 LCBO stores will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday. All other stores will be operating on the current schedule from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday operational hours will remain the same for most stores opening at 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. All LCBO stores will remain closed on Mondays until further notice.

The online store locator feature will be updated on May 14 as well, so customers can check the hours of their local stores. Operational hours at LCBO Convenience Outlets may vary since they are privately-owned. Customers shopping at LCBO are reminded to follow physical distancing guidelines and they’re encouraged to wear non-medical masks or face coverings in order to protect employees.

LCBO will still offer alternative shopping options including ship to store, Same-Day pickup and home delivery. Customers with returns are asked to hold onto products and receipts until future notice.
