Witness breaks down on stand at Marshall trial

A Hamilton doctor faced some of his accusers in court today at his trial on a series of sex charges.

Pediatrician Dr Daniel Marshall is accused of sexual assault and sexual interference with a person under 14. The trial had to be halted briefly this afternoon after a young man who appeared as a witness broke down on the stand. Al Sweeney reports on today’s testimony.
