Verdict reached in Sunrise Propane case

(Updated) A verdict has been reached in the fatal propane explosion in Toronto in 2008.

Sunrise Propane has been found guilty of workplace and environmental violations in connection with the fatal blast that killed a 25-year old worker. A judge found the company guilty on 9 counts in connection with the explosion. The explosion forced thousands of Toronto residents from their homes and caused millions of dollars in property damage.
