Tory MPPs give anti-abortion activists a platform

Ontario’s Progressive Conservatives say they don’t plan to re-open the abortion debate – even though three Tory MPPs sponsored a news conference today to stop public funding of abortions.

Conservatives John O’Toole, Randy Hillier and Rick Nicholls paved the way for Campaign Life Coalition to announce a province-wide campaign to stop funding abortions.

On October 30th, the group will be holding a rally at Queen’s Park and will also be holding mini-rallies throughout the month in different ridings across Ontario.
