Tiger-Cats make two roster moves

The Hamilton Tiger Cats have re-signed veteran centre Marwan Hage.

The 31 year old has spent nine seasons with Hamilton and he was due to become a free agent next month. Hage has been an CFL Players Association all-star four times and was named the east division’s top lineman in 2010.

Hage, who is originally from Lebanon but grew up in Montreal, is also known for his activism within Hamilton.

Re-signing Hage was not the only move Hamilton made Tuesday; they also released back-up Quarterback Quinton Porter.
