Three Welland teens charged

Niagara police have charged and arrested three Welland teens after another teen was assaulted in a parking lot.

Police say the teens followed the victim and secluded him into the lot.

Police say they began to assault and threaten him, leaving him with serious injuries.

The three teens are facing multiple charges, including assault causing bodily harm.

They cannot be identified because of their ages.
