Sunrise Propane for sale

Toronto’s infamous Sunrise Propane site is for sale.

The property exploded in a spectacular fireball three years ago, killing two men and forcing the evacuation of 12,000 people from their homes.

The Ministry of Labour laid two charges in connection with the deadly incident.

People who live near the site want it rezoned for residential use.

They have called a public meeting for Tuesday night.

The list price on the property is $2.2 million.
