Niagara Police have expanded their search for missing Grimsby woman Shana Carter.

The mother of one hasn’t been seen since December 4, 2010. Lauran Sabourin reports that in June major crime officers announced they believed Shana was killed – taking this case from a missing persons probe to a murder investigation.
