People across Canada are donning red today… marking the national ‘Red Shirt Day’ for accessibility and inclusion.
Experts say the day celebrates the achievements of Canadians with disabilities, but is also a reminder of what still needs to be done to create a fully accessible society.
Red Shirt Day was created by the Easter Seals of Canada six years ago – an organization that supports Canadians with disabilities and their families.
