Police search for suspect in Langton break-and-enter

Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are appealing to the public in identifying a suspect related to a break-and-enter investigation in Langton.

During the afternoon of Sept.27, OPP responded to a reported break-and-enter on Glen Meyer Road in Langton.

Detectives say during the early morning hours of Sept. 26,  one or more suspects entered two sheds on the property and stole multiple STIHL chainsaws and several Milwaukee power tools.

Surveillance footage captured a person operating a utility task vehicle (side-by-side) near the property around the same time. 

Police are working to identify the individual.
