Plug still not pulled on power plant

Just days before the provincial election Dalton McGuinty promised to stop building a new power plant in Mississauga.

But today construction crews are still going full steam ahead on the facility.

The opposition is pouncing on it, as the premier still can’t say how much it will cost to stop the project – and re-start it somewhere else.
