UPDATE: OPP find missing Norfolk County senior

Ontario Provincial Police aviation services have located a missing Norfolk County senior.

Harry Robert Charles Welch, 83, was last seen at his home on Lakeshore Rd., Houghton on Thursday at 11 p.m.

Police say the man was found Friday morning.
