Ontario is reporting 934 new cases of COVID-19 and ten new deaths.
Thursday’s numbers come as the province is set to release new COVID-19 modelling later in the day.
Premier Doug Ford says these projections will show things are moving in the right direction.
Over 40 per cent of the new cases reported Thursday are from Toronto, according to Minister of Health Christine Elliott.
Ontario is reporting 934 cases of #COVID19. Locally, there are 420 new cases in Toronto, 169 in Peel, 95 in York Region and 58 in Ottawa. There are 820 more resolved cases and over 35,600 tests completed.

New case numbers remain high in Peel, Ottawa and York Region, where public health officials have linked dozens of cases to a Vaughan wedding earlier this month.
Testing numbers are up, with 35,621 tests completed. There are 40,074 tests under investigation.
The province’s COVID-19 death toll is 3,118.
Another 820 cases have been marked as recovered.
Hospitalizations are up to 322. Of those, 77 are in intensive care, while 52 of those are on ventilators.

Brant: 10 new cases, 35 active cases, 3 in hospital
Halton: 29 new cases, 236 active cases, 1 new death, 7 in hospital
Niagara: 14 new cases, 109 active cases, 2 in hospital
Hamilton: 13 new cases, 161 active cases, 2 in hospital
Six Nations: 24 active cases
