One dead after single vehicle rollover in Haldimand County

Opp say the vehicle was headed westbound on Haldimand Rd. 20 in Fisherville, when it crashed into the field, ejecting the driver.

A passerby noticed a vehicle off the roadway that appeared to be in a collision and called police just after 6 a.m.

Haldimand Fire, Paramedics and Police responded and found the man a short distance from the vehicle with life threatening injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Highway 20 is closed between between Haldimand Rd 12 & Concession 7 for the investigation.

No word on when it will reopen.
