Generals defeat Hamilton’s Bulldogs, 2-1

The Oshawa Generals upset the Hamilton Bulldogs in an overtime win, 2-1, Saturday, at FirstOntario Centre.

The third place Bulldogs took on the first place Oshawa Generals for the second half of a back-to-back play against the Generals.

The win moves the Generals ahead of the Bulldogs by four points in both the East Division and Eastern Conference standings.

Hamilton’s season record drops to 10-6-3-0 with their record at FirstOntario Centre now 3-2-3-0.

The Bulldogs will be back on home ice on November 26 when they play host to the North Bay Battalion. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
