Downtown addresses attracting buyers

If you’ve been to downtown Hamilton lately, you may have noticed many new buildings popping up.

From the revitalization of the Lister Block – to new condos – Hamilton is undergoing a bit of a face lift. And as Sean Cowan reports, having more people live and work downtown could lead to a tax break.
