Deane reappointed McMaster president

McMaster University president Patrick Deane has been reappointed for another term.

It was a unanimous decision by the board of governors. Deane will now serve until June 2020. He says it has been an honour to serve McMaster over the past four years and the university has a bright an exciting future.

McMaster recently moved up in the world university rankings. It’s one of only four Canadian schools on an international list of the world’s top 100 schools.
