Charges laid in rock throwing

We all know throwing rocks off an overpass is very dangerous.

But now, a 13-year old Hamilton boy is facing charges for throwing rocks onto cars driving along the Red Hill Valley Parkway at Barton Street East. Police say one driver had his sunroof smashed after a rock hit his car.
A boy matching the description was found and has now been charged with mischief endangering life.
