Charges laid after Welland fire

Charges have been laid after a fire in Welland last week.

The front porch of a home was badly burned on Wednesday, and a tree and the lawn were destroyed. Neighbours doused the flames before they spread to the rest of the house.
Jeremy St. Cyr, 24, is charged with arson and uttering threats.
