Case of woman accused of throwing chair from Toronto high-rise put over

The case of a 19-year-old woman accused of tossing a chair from a high-rise in downtown Toronto has been put over to October.
Marcella Zoia is charged with mischief endangering life, mischief endangering property under $5,000 and common nuisance.
She was arrested after a video circulating online appeared to show a woman throwing a chair and other items from a condo balcony, which overlooks a major highway.
Police believe the incident happened sometime in February.
No one was injured in the incident.
The case is next up in court on Oct. 22.
